6Rights of users and data subjects
With regard to data processing, users and data subjects have the right
- to confirmation as to whether data concerning them is being processed, to information about the processed data, to further information about the data processing, and to copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);
- to rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed about any rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing carried out pursuant to Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply where such communication is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has the right to information about these recipients.
Users and data subjects also have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to the future processing of data concerning them, where the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for direct marketing purposes is permissible.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. The right to complain exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place to the extent technically feasible.

Within the framework of applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, where applicable, the right to rectification or deletion of this data. For this and any other questions on the topic of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data has taken place or is taking place unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it for the exercise, defence, or assertion of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction instead of erasure.
- If you have filed an objection under Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data — apart from being stored — may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
